The Money Drop Thailand — интеллектуальная телевизионная игра, выходившая на территории Таиланда. Для того, чтобы сохранить как можно больше денег, нужно было ответить на 7 вопросов. รอบนี้จะมาเพียงบางโอกาสเท่านั้น กติการอบนี้จะเหมือนกับรอบปกติในข้อสุดท้ายทุกประการ เพียงแต่มีเพียงคำถามเดียวและมี 2 ตัวเลือกเหมือนกับข้อสุดท้ายในรอบปกติเงินรางวัลที่ได้เมื่อตอบคำถามรอบนี้ถูกต้องจะได้ 10,000 บาทเท่านั้น โดยเริ่มใช้รอบนี้ตั้งแต่ประมาณกลางปี พ.ศ. 2558 เป็นต้นไปสลับกับรอบปกติ (ผู้สนับสนุนรอบนี้คือ ไส้กรอกไก่ตราบีเคพีมาจากเคเอฟซี ใน พ.ศ. 2559 จนถึงมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2560)
อย่างไรก็ตามตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 เมษายน 2560 เป็นต้นไป ทางรายการได้ปรับเปลี่ยนกติกาคือ จำนวนตัวเลือกคำตอบได้ถูกเพิ่มเป็น 3 ตัวเลือก และแบ่งเงินรางวัล 10,000 บาทเป็น 2 ก้อน ก้อนละ 5,000 บาท เงินก้อนไหนที่วางอยู่บนคำตอบที่ถูกเพียงคำตอบเดียวไม่ว่าจะมีอยู่กี่ก้อนก็ตาม ผู้เข้าแข่งขันก็จะได้รับเงินรางวัลนั้นๆ
และตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2560 เป็นต้นไป เกมรอบ Fast Track ได้ถูกยกเลิกแล้วแทนที่ด้วยช่วง The Money Drop Thailand เงินด่วน แล้วเปลี่ยนมาเล่นทุกวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ในเบรกสุดท้ายของรายการ

The Money Drop Thailand เงินด่วน เป็นเกมตอบคำถามที่ทดแทนช่วง Fast Track ที่ยกเลิกใช้ไป กติกาในเกมนี้จะเหมือนกับรอบ Fast Track แบบที่ 2 ทุกประการ คือ คำถาม 1 ข้อ 3 ตัวเลือก เงิน 10,000 ถูกแบ่งเป็น 2 ก้อนๆ ละ 5,000 บาท เพียงแต่ผู้ที่สนใจเล่นเกมสามารถถ่ายรูปเซลฟี่กับหน้าจอรายการที่มีสัญลักษณ์ "เงินด่วน" อยู่บริเวณล่างซ้ายของจอ โดยมีเวลาถ่ายกับหน้าจอ 10 วินาทีก่อนที่สัญลักษณ์นี้จะหายไป (วิธีสมัครเล่นเกมรอบนี้เริ่มในเดือนมิถุนายน 2560) แล้วส่งมายังเฟสบุ๊คแฟนเพจของรายการ และเปลี่ยนมาเล่นเกมนี้ในทุกวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ในเบรกสุดท้ายของรายการ
อย่างไรก็ตามเกมนี้หากผู้เข้าแข่งขันแพ้เกมรอบนี้ ทางรายการจะมีค่าพาหนะปลอบใจมอบให้ 2,000 บาท แต่ถ้าผู้เข้าแข่งขันรอนนี้ชนะเกม (ได้เงินรางวัล) ก็จะได้รับเงินรางวัลจำนวนนั้นไปเลย

เป็นการแข่งขันของคู่เซเลบริตี้ทั้ง 7 คู่ ที่ต้องแข่งขันเกมเพื่อคว้าเงินรางวัลไปมอบให้มูลนิธิหรือองค์กรที่คู่นั้นได้เลือกไว้ โดยมีรูปแบบกติกาจาก The Money Drop ไทยแลนด์แบบธรรมดาทุกประการ แต่สิ่งที่ต่างกันคือ คู่เซเลบริตี้ที่ตกรอบ ณ คำถามใดๆ ก็ตามแต่ จะได้รับเงินรางวัล 20,000 บาทเพื่อนำไปมอบให้กับมูลนิธิที่คู่เซเลบริตี้นั้นได้เลือกไว้ เริ่มเล่น ธันวาคม 2559-กุมภาพันธ์ 2560

เป็นการแข่งขันของทีมผู้เข้าแข่งขันทั้ง 5 คน โดยมีหัวหน้าทีม 1 คนกับลูกทีมอีก 4 คนซึ่งหัวหน้าทีมสามารถเปลี่ยนได้เมื่อทีมผู้เข้าแข่งขันผ่านเข้าไปเล่นข้อต่อไปได้ กติกาในรูปแบบนี้คือ จะมีหมวดคำถาม 1 หมวดที่ทางรายการกำหนดไว้ในแต่ละข้อ หลังจากนั้นหัวหน้าทีมจะต้องเลือกลูกทีม 1 ใน 4 คนที่คิดว่าช่วยหัวหน้าทีมเล่นข้อนี้ได้มาเล่นเกมข้อนั้น ส่วนที่ไม่ถูกเลือกนั้นก็จะถูกส่งเข้าห้องรวมหมู่ไปโดยอัตโนมัติ ในการเล่นนั้น ยังคงรูปแบบเดิมบางประการ เมื่อเข้าสู่ช่วงการวางเงินที่คำตอบ ณ คำถามใดๆ ก็ตามนั้น ลูกทีมที่อยู่ในห้องรวมหมู่จะสามารถปรึกษาหารือ ถกเถียงร่วมกันกับผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่ยืนอยู่บนเวทีได้ (แต่ต้องอยู่ในห้องรวมหมู่เท่านั้น) เมื่อสามารถผ่านเข้าไปเล่นข้อไปได้ในแต่ละข้อ (เหลือเงินจำนวนใดๆ ก็ตาม) ก็จะแสดงหมวดคำถามสำหรับเล่นคำถามข้อต่อไป และหัวหน้าทีมจะมีสิทธิ์ว่า จะเอาลูกทีมในขณะนี้อยู่บนเวทีต่อหรือจะเอาลูกทีมจากห้องรวมหมู่คนใหม่มายืนอยู่บนเวทีช่วยหัวหน้าทีมเล่นข้อนั้นแทนที่ลูกทีมคนเดิม แต่ถ้าเลือกลูกทีมคนใหม่แล้ว ลูกทีมคนเดิมจะถูกส่งเข้าห้องรวมหมู่และหัวหน้าทีมจะไม่สามารถเรียกขึ้นมายืนบนเวทีได้อีกต่อไป เมื่อสามารถผ่านเข้าไปเล่นข้อที่ 7 (Final) ได้ลูกทีมที่ช่วยหัวหน้าทีมข้อที่ 6 จะต้องเล่นคำถามข้อนี้โดยบังคับ จบคำถามทั้ง 7 ข้อ เหลือเงินได้เท่าไหร่ เอาเงินที่เหลืออยู่ในขณะนั้นกลับบ้านไปทั้งทีม แต่ถ้าตอบผิดจนทำเงินตกลงไปข้างล่างครบ 2,000,000 บาทที่คำถามข้อใดก็ตามแต่ Game Over ทันที ทีมนั้นจะตกรอบและไม่ได้เงินรางวัลใดๆ ส่วนตัวเลือกของคำถามนั้นไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ยังคงรูปแบบเดิมตามปกติ อย่างไรก็ดีรูปแบบนี้จะไม่มีการแจกรถยนต์ 1 คันแต่อย่างใด เริ่มเล่นในเดือนมีนาคม-2 เมษายน 2560, 13-20 พฤษภาคม 2560, 3 มิถุนายน-1 กรกฎาคม 2560, การแข่งขันรายการพิเศษ "เพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน" ทีมสุดท้าย และทีมสุดท้ายของรายการจนถึงวันที่วันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ 2561

เป็นการแข่งขันของคู่ดาราใจบุญเพื่อช่วยเหลือเพื่อนผู้ประสบความเดือดร้อนจากเรื่องราวต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะ เริ่มแข่งขันเมื่อวันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2560 ถึงเดือนสิงหาคม 2560 กติกาเกมนี้คือ ทางรายการจะมีผู้ประสบความเดือดร้อน 1 กลุ่มมาพูดคุย บอกเล่าเรื่องราวความเดือดร้อนของเขา โดยที่ทางรายการจะมอบเงินช่วยเหลือจากทางรายการไปก่อนต่างหาก 10,000 บาท สำหรับดาราใจบุญ กติกาการเล่นเกมจะเหมือนกับรอบปกติทุกประการ แต่สิ่งที่ต่างกัน คือ หากเล่นครบ 7 ข้อแล้วดาราใจบุญรักษาเงินได้เท่าไหร่ ผู้ประสบความเดือดร้อนทีมนั้นก็จะได้รับเงินช่วยเหลือเพิ่มตามจำนวนนั้นรวมกับเงิน 10,000 บาทที่ได้รับไปก่อนต่างหาก หากผลออกมาเป็น Game Over นอกจากนี้ ทีมผู้เดือดร้อนทุกคู่จะได้รับ Gift Set จากผลิตภัณฑ์กางเกงผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ ไลฟ์รี่ไปด้วย ในกรณีที่ดาราใจบุญนั้นมีอยู่ในทีม 5 คน ก็จะใช้กติกาการเล่นเป็นหมู่ไปด้วย
